What can I say. I am short of words. Thanks alot for making this. I was using the RTM plasmoid before for keeping in touch with my tasks. however since google akonadi resource gained todo support for google tasks, I since deprecated my need for RTM and used your plasmoid as replacement for the RTM widget. Its just what I need can't ask for more. and dude packaging for the major distros and in 32/64 bit? WOW!! am speechless!!! Thanks a great deal :) - Sep 06 2011

Couple of things I noticed about the application.

I can not get it to format if I start it as a normal user. It only works when started as root. Is there a way you could port it to policykit so that privileged actions can be handled in a clean way that is transparent to the user.

Also I could not figure how to integrate it with the device manager application.

It would be nice if you can make it use the kde's notification system to notify users of job success (or failure)

even when launched as root it was impossible to get it to rename a drive before formatting. That part is grayed out.

A suggestion: Could u change the bluetooth icon to become something a bit more monochrome? cause the current icon looks a bit out of place from the rest of the others.

Blur: To be frank I am not sure I can tell if it is working. I expected the Panel and Kickoff menu etc to be semi transparentish. But that is not the case for me with your theme. - Jan 05 2011

Took the word out of my mouth. Clementine even though is a fork of amarok 1.4 It is more of a Qt app than a kde app. It comes with no kde dep and lacks the kind of kde integration you get with something like amarok or juk. Not that this makes it a bad app. I just feel it would be more appropriate to put it in the Qt-app section. - Dec 12 2010

It would be nice if support for apt-proxy servers like apt-cacher could be added to kpackagekit. right now it is the only thing which is preventing me from using it on Kubuntu 10.10 other than that I find the transformation from something which I found painful to use to something totally awesome a major UI miracle. :)

I tried installing it again. This time I installed the wicd-daemon with aptitude --without-recommends install the wicd daemon without the gtk-client dep. I was able to compile the kde client and ran it fine. Thanks - Oct 20 2010

I was not able to get this to work. an installation procedure would be nice. Even though I eventually got it to compile and run. It did not show any of my network interface (eth0 and wlan0) it just showed an empty box when I refresh nothing happens. Is this application just a frondend client for the wicd daemon? in which case do I still need to install wicd? or its comes included with the wicd daemon. I would appreciate some clarification in the installation procedure - Oct 20 2010

While on a whole am mostly indifferent and had not even noticed the issue till u mentioned it. I think for UI consistency it would be nice if all the meter icon stays in one side and the icon same. having the meter for the default volume slider at a different position other than the applications breaks consistency somewhat. Thanks for this awesome work, Its often understated how much polish a good icon set brings to a DE. The Oxygen icon sit is a classic but falls short in quite a few areas (most especially the volume icon which is just stone age) This Icon theme is really cool, can't wait till it is finished. One small request would be to host it on kde-look so that it works well with kde internet aware icon theme install. Thanks for the great work - Aug 22 2010

One thing I would love to add is a way to make the menus options (the options for choosing the different codec format a bit more user friendly. However under the Mic Tab in preference i cant seem to figure out what value to add to "Dropbox.py location" Field. also it doesnt ask me for a user name and password. am I doing anything wrong? - Apr 16 2010
