My attemt to make a QtCurve theme that looks good with Oxygen decorations.

So I modified the Ozone QTCurve style, the color scheme of Oxygen and the Emerald theme made by Al Ingham (UbuntuDust) to have a Dust type theme that looks good with the blue icon of Oxygen.
