No, ext2/3/4, reiserfs and xfs (and maybe also others have Posix ACL Extensions. Depending on your Distribution you maybe have to recompile your kernel, but on most you just have to add "acl" to the mount options in fstab.
You may also have to install the getafcl/setafcl tools to be able to use ACL's. It's also possible to compile ACL Support into most packages, e.g. samba. On Windows you see the same ACL as on linux if you have ACL support enabled. - May 20 2007

I think it's the wrong place to get critics on you photographs, something like deviant art would be much better. If you get an bad rating on kde-look it don't tells you your pictures are bad, in fact it's more like "I don't like this picture as wallpaper" - Aug 12 2006
