Not really sure why that would happen; I haven't modified these themes at all myself. I just forked them from KDE's repo and packaged them for download here. Are you sure all of the apps are GTK apps? - Nov 06 2017

It should show up as a different theme entirely in the Window Decorations settings; a black one with blueish-green glowing edges. - Apr 27 2017

You'll have to install it using the built in "Get New Decorations" app in the settings. I'm not sure why, but extracting it manually doesn't seem to work. When you click install, just select the KDE-gaps-glow version. - Apr 09 2017

Done! The corners are a little rounded looking with the glow effect... I'll try and see what I can do about that and see if I can reduce the glow on inactive windows.
