oh sorry, what i REALLY meant to say was that compiz opengl performance was slower. i know how to turn compiz off, i do it all the time when i need extra power. but the compiz effects were the ones suffering. i dont know why. - Nov 19 2010

dude, does it make any changes to your video driver? cause it made my opengl performance so much slower and when I tried uninstalling it had no effect. The only way out was a system re-installation and I am sure not everyone has enough free time for that crap. - Nov 17 2010

btw, can u change the superbar theme in windows 7? NO! so there, linux shit. dockbarx is just an option. some people like windows 7 functionality, others the plain simplistic fluxbox DE. but those are just options to make people comfortable with linux. - Oct 09 2010

well, i found how to use aero snap. now all i need to do is figure out how rotate-cube plugin works. once its figured out how to rotate it by dragging instead of moving the mouse, it will work exactly like win7 aero snap. but for now, you can probably sign keyboard shortcuts instead. - Oct 04 2010

i love this theme, it isnt one of those noob developed themes that only partially change the appearance of gnome to windows 7. also, another little tip. you know the aero snap feature where you drag the window to the side and it half-maximizes. that would be a pretty neat feature to be implemented in it as well. I know kde4.4+ can do it. But, I dont know how to do that in gnome. - Oct 03 2010

ok, so i tried this theme. the installation went absolutely fine. but, what I really want to see some work on is the uninstallation itself. What I really had problems with is that it didnt remember the gnome theme that was actually in use before the installation, but instead it just changed the theme to ambiance, second i had problems with dockbarx. for people that use dockbarx without this theme installed, their settings are lost once you uninstall the gui. which is again, not a huge problem, but still a problem. I had to re-add all the launchers after uninstalling the theme. btw, excellent work man. i loved it. - Oct 03 2010
