Why didn't you use Justify alignment in order to center the clock? By design whatever is inside the Justify splitters is centered. I would propose to remove Latte Spacers totally in order to center something. - May 28 2020

;) I will upload in the next days a fantastic video that will move between Activities and it will demonstrate Win7/10/10X layouts all running at the same time... :)

In Latte git version also now there are multiple fixes in order for Previews to like win is using them... I really like how Previews behave with click and hovering under win systems.

And also a new option in Tasks in order for Previews to work as Popups instead of as tooltips. - May 26 2020

yeah dont worry, everyone is trying its best. I looked a bit the files. If you used Naked plasma theme then this is not a good start. Naked is a Plasma 4 theme that was never updated to Plasma 5. So any breakage may not be on your part, maybe you need to try to use a Plasma 5 ready theme for this. - May 05 2020

This theme is broken because it does not return proper metrics in some cases, for example ::mask() from panel-background svg is totally broken. That behavior creates a bug in Latte that some settings windows are not shown.

The designer has chosen to remove many required elements from svg elements and that could create plenty of issues. Best approach would be these elements just to become totally transparent with opacity:0% in order to be invisible but at the same time to provide proper metrics for calculations. - May 05 2020

alternative case if you have issues with latte qml libraries is to do the following:

1. Close Latte
2. Remove everything in "/usr/lib64/qt5/qml/org/kde/latte/"
3. reinstall Latte
4. start Latte - Apr 30 2020

Ok, you should try v0.2.0 that requires Plasma>=5.18. When you exit Configure Layout mode of Plasma 5.18 the applet should become hidden. I have not tested it but I believe it should work. - Jan 22 2020

I didn't know but also I don't know if new global editing mode is accessible to applets, the applet main purpose was to help Latte send screen geometries to Plasma, in Plasma 5.18 this is provided by a new Plasma mechanism. So there is big chance that the applet will become obsolete if there is no easy way for applets to access new global editing mode. - Jan 22 2020

3. in master version there is a placeholder option for the text to show... in current version the icon and text used come from the current activiti icon/text... If you change your current activity icon/text then the applet should follow afterwards - Jan 18 2020

From 1 only closing action would make any sense, scrolling down in order to minimize as long as the applet can not reshown it afterwards does not make any sense

For 2, is already answered in github page that it is not possible
