Simple System Monitor

Plasma 5 Monitoring by KonstantinShtepa 68 comments

I too have problems on the alignment with hdpi (4k) monitors. These is what I did to fix it. Thought of sharing to others on the solution.

1. To fix the clock misalignment:

go to,. ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmatoids/org.kde.simpleMonitor/contents/ui/skins

edit the DefaultSkin.qml and under "id: timePicker" change the "Layout.bottomMargin:" from 5 to 42, save and exit.

2. To fix the CPU % bar misalignment:
go to,. ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmatoids/org.kde.simpleMonitor/contents/ui/monitorWidgets

edit the CoreTempList.qml and look for "NumberAnimation { target: coreListTemp; property: "height"; to: 25", change 25 to 50, save and exit.

edit the CpuWidget.qml and look for "NumberAnimation { target: cpuListItem; property: "height"; to: 25", change 25 to 50, save and exit.
