You can compile if you follow these simple steps:
- open the file nvidiaconfig.ui (in /kwin/) with QT Designer 3.2.3
- save the file, overwriting the original one
- compile again, and it should work (worked for me with Debian Sid)

Nice job indeed.
In your fist screen shot you show us another service menu: "Create gzipped tar Archive" etc.
