Not really a bug, as the 22x22 actions icons are not done yet. The Redmond GTK theme uses 16x16 actions icons in MATE and LXDE, but it looks like GTK 3 uses 22x22. Drawing the 22x22 actions icons will be my next project. - Apr 03 2013
