Remixed version of the Gaia 09 theme, an eco-friendly theme for Plasma. Created for the Gaia Project (http://gaia10.us) to increase environmental awareness. Many wallpapers as well as themes/skins for Mac & Windows can be found on the website.

Unfortunately, I don't see any way to fix this without a major design change of the dialog background, as it seems to be a limitation of Plasma. I do not think the plasma devs anticipated that backgrounds would be used in the manner I have done here. =)
I would think that you can switch to another theme to resize the things you would like to resize and switch back, however I have not tested this solution.

yep.. i've already done it that way.. only problem is that most of plasmoids doesn't remember their settings..
