You who are a very active and talented designer, follow an inspiration for a future theme. I found this 3D design very interesting, I have never seen a theme like this!

9 Wonderful, congratulations on the work!
I would like to make a few small observations, the title bar seems to be in a different color, the Kvantum version deserves an option with the Dolphin 100% blur background, as in the first Windows 10X based theme you made, the bottom of the selected Dolphin buttons is not vertically aligned.

I'm not sure if it is really misaligned, it may be an optical illusion with that specific icon.
Perhaps to disguise this illusion and combine better with the other elements of the theme, the best would be a square background with slightly rounded corners.

+1 Very good, I prefer the square bottom.

Another small change that I would like to see in this theme, would be the rounded bottom corners of the window.

It is referring to the bottom corners of the window, having the same roundness as the top.
As an example I can mention two great themes that have this characteristic, Layan and McMojave.
I would also like to leave a design tip for another possible variant of your beautiful theme, I think it would match and be very consistent with the design of the separate panel, which I thought was fantastic, if the buttons' backgrounds were in the Mac style ( attachment).
