Glass overlay for crystal

An overlay made to be used with the crystal windeco, but it could be used anywhere you want a cool looking transparent thing, if you can deal with it being one pixel wide.
to install go to crystal windeco options, theres an overlay tab. click user defined radio button, and select the picture.
