Description:

This is a python script I’ve done for amaroK that let you use your averMedia’s remote control. I have not tested it with any other tuner than mine, so don’t ask me about that. If you download it, there are a well detailed instructions about everything.
Hope you like it, all feedback is going to be appreciated.

Have you heard about kdelirc? it's a service for KDE that lets you configure various applications like amarok, kdetv, konqueror, kaffeine...from the control panel

I had no idea about kdelirc, thanks for the info! I'm going to check it asap. Btw, this script does not use lirc.
