To me it looks like a face (looking to the right) with a very big nose, bushy eyebrows, a moustache and a beard that forks to the left and right :) Fascinating how many different things people can see in clouds :)

It looks like a monster thing srunning away to the right while looking backwards. It also looks like it has some mad hair as well.
