Not compatible with 15.10 as it's forked from older version of Numix.
This is a simple remix of the amazing Numix theme (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Numix?content=160205). I really like the flatness and the squareness of Numix, but I also like blue color. All I did with this theme is change red to blue in some graphics.
Note that the installation process is a bit more involved this time. Please, see included readme.md for more details.
Alternatively, you can get the orinal Numix theme and run the following inside the theme folder to replace all reds with blues:
grep -ril '#d64937' | xargs sed -i 's/#[d|D]64937/#3465a4/g'

2.3 Synced with the latest Numix code which contains a few minor fixes.
2.2 Synced up with the latest Numix code and improved the shell command that swaps the colors.
2.1 Updated some the rest of the red colors so everything should look consistent now.
2.0 Using latest revamped Numix as a baseline.
1.2 Merged changes from latest Numix.
1.1 Changed some SVG files that I missed first time around.
1.0 First attempt at Numix Blue

However, I haven't been able to change all the highlight colors - gtk-theme-config only seems to change the highlight colors in some programs, not all.
I'm using Linux Mint/Cinnamon, so I didn't do anything with the unity tweak tool, but based on the readme that shouldn't effect the highlight colors.

However, on my system (Linux Mint 17), many buttons are missing the line on the bottom of the button, an error which is not present in vanilla numix.
