This is a theme based on the Lion theme from the elementary updates ppa, but simplified and mintified. That's why it's called Mion. (Also becouse of in-joke.)
Other than the mintish color scheme I did the following tweaks:
- got rid of certain weird choices (dark granite tab bar, dark secondary toolbar in scratch)
- made the dark pantheon terminal look better
- added a simpler non-brushed-metal slider for the scale and switch widget (now they are rendered directly by the engine, no svgs needed)
- turned the unity-2d-panel (which I liked to use) and wingpanel transparent and awesome
- light outer glow effect for the toolbar icons in the dark theme so darkish symbolic action icons (like Faience) are now more noticeable
The Firefox theme is a user style seen in the screenshot: http://userstyles.org/styles/93553/clean-and-slim-for-australis-mockup-theme-linux (it also needs the Australis mockup style, see the description)
The plank theme will be available soon.
Note: This theme was made for elementary OS Luna, therefore it was only tested in an Ubuntu 12.04ish GTK environment, with a libmutter based window manager. Using with other versions of GTK3, other window managers etc. will may lead to ugliness, death of kittens and the end of the world as we know it.

14.01.24: Fixed Noise (and Granite) statusbar ugliness, added some shadow to the Nautilus desktop texts (this is supposed to work in a Cinnamon environment on the long term supported 13 / Maya which is based on 12.04) and added wingpanel theme.

So if you use a gtk3 heavy environment (that probably means Elementary Luna without anything) you might want to check the SECOND answer here out: http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/14129/set-gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme-as-a-user-setting
