The style Qtcurve should look like in my KDE Plasma 5 ;)
Instructions for Kubuntu (probably works for other distros too)
Extract Zephyr.tar.gz .
Install qtcurve from your package manager.
Then go to System Settings>Application appearance>Style. Choose QtCurve as widget style, then Configure...>Import and navigate to Flat_Zephyr.qtcurve file.
Go to System Settings>Application appearance>Colors>Import scheme and navigate to FlatZephyr.colors file.
To activate style open System Settings > Application Appearance > Style > Widget style > Qtcurve > Configure > Presets
To activate window decoration open System Settings > Workspace Appearance > Window Decorations > QtCurve
Copy flattr-icons-master folder to /home/.kde/share/icons
Then go to System Settings>Application appearance>Icons and choose Flattr theme.
Copy Dark_Breeze and White_Breeze folder to /home/.icons
